1. Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy, but we understand that sometimes an item just isn't right.

Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. All tags, seals, and packaging must remain intact and attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear, use, or tampering.

Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items): For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Undergarments, socks, and hosiery

Perishable goods (e.g., food items, supplements)

Earrings and piercing jewelry

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout.

Please Note: There is a N5,000 processing fee for any returned checks (dishonored payments). This fee covers administrative costs incurred by the bank and SMSPalm Stores.

We deliver your orders safely and promptly across the country.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Times:

Domestic Delivery (Lagos): Takes 1 - 2 business days and costs N2,500.

Domestic Delivery (Other States): Takes 3 - 5 business days and costs N4,500.

Free Shipping is available on orders over N50,000.

Damage Claims: We pack our items with the utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately.

Time Limit: You must report the damage within 24 hours of delivery receipt.

Evidence Required: Please send clear photographic evidence of the damage (showing the packaging box and the damaged item) to [email protected] or via WhatsApp at 080-1234-5678. Failure to notify us within 24 hours may void your right to a replacement or refund for that specific damage claim.
